His parents, Rio (Luna Lauren Vélez) and Jefferson (Brian Tyree Henry), want him to be happy and open up to them, but Miles is keeping his double life a secret from them.


Miles’ friend from another dimension, Gwen, played by Hailee Steinfeld, invites him on an adventure, and this time it seems like there may be conflict among the Spider-people. The trailer shows Miguel O’Hara, voiced by Oscar Isaac, leading the charge to catch Miles. The reason for this conflict is not immediately clear, but it seems that Miles may have to choose between saving someone he loves and saving the entire universe.

The Spider-Man Fans

Indian fans were especially excited to see if their favourite Spider-Man, Pavitr Prabhakar, would make an appearance. Comments flooded in as soon as the teaser was released, with many expressing their love for Pavitr Prabhakar. Known as an alternate version of Spider-Man who resides in India, his potential inclusion in the film has fans buzzing with anticipation.


Despite the heavy plot, the trailer promises that Across the Spider-Verse will be just as exciting as its predecessor. Fans are eagerly anticipating the movie’s premiere on June 2nd, 2023.
